By registering an account, accessing the platform, or making any purchase on UniPrepVisa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no AI mock interview sessions, credits, or platform features have been accessed or consumed, or in the event of verified billing errors or technical failures on our end.
When a refund is available:
- You request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- No interview sessions have been started or completed using the purchased credits
- No Thorough Assessment reports have been unlocked using the purchased credits
- No platform features or credits have been accessed or consumed in any form
- Verified billing error: you were charged an incorrect amount
- Verified technical failure on our end: payment was confirmed but credits were not granted
- Verified duplicate charge: two Paystack references for the same transaction
When a refund is not available:
- Any credits have been used to start, record, or submit an interview session
- A Thorough Assessment report has been unlocked
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase date
- The request relates to free-trial or promotional credits that have been consumed
- The request is made after account suspension for Terms violations
Why we deliver digital services immediately:
UniPrepVisa delivers immediately accessible digital services. Once credits are added to your account or a report is unlocked, the digital service is rendered. Refunds are only available where no service has been accessed, or where a verified billing or technical error occurred on our part.
To request a refund or raise a billing dispute:
Email finance@uniprepvisa.com with your registered email address, full name, Paystack transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the transaction. Billing disputes (e.g. duplicate charges) must be raised within 48 hours. We will not consider requests outside these windows.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback activity.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UniPrepVisa platform operated by JECE MULTI LINKS LIMITED (trading as JECE Overseas Studies, MYUNICAMP, JECE Poland Study Visas, and UniPrepVisa) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or making any purchase, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email.
UniPrepVisa is an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help students practise for UK Visa and university admission interviews. Our services include:
- AI-generated, personalised interview questions tailored to your target university, destination country, and study purpose
- Video/audio recording and submission for AI evaluation
- Band grading (A–D) with an overall percentage score and summary feedback
- My Thorough Interview Assessment: a detailed, module-aligned report with risk vector analysis, vocabulary ratings, and question-by-question breakdown
- Free Baseline Question: one free interview question available to all newly registered users
Access to full interview sessions and premium features is facilitated through a credit system. Credits are a digital currency within the platform and hold no cash value outside of it.
Current pricing (subject to change with notice):
- Single Session: ₦8,500 NGN — grants 10,000 credits (1 interview session = 10,000 credits)
- Bundle (3 Sessions): ₦27,000 NGN — grants 30,000 credits
- My Thorough Interview Assessment Unlock: ₦15,000 NGN — grants 16,000 credits and unlocks the full report
- USD global pricing available via Paystack USD rails at equivalent rates
All payments are processed by Paystack (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). UniPrepVisa does not store, access, or process your card or bank details directly. Credits are added to your account automatically upon payment verification.
Purchases may be refunded within 14 days if no credits or features have been accessed. See the Refund Policy section above for full details.
Once a My Thorough Interview Assessment is unlocked, the full report is accessible for exactly 7 calendar days from the moment of unlock.
- After 7 days, the report is automatically hidden and can no longer be accessed
- We strongly recommend downloading your report PDF immediately upon unlock
- The 7-day expiry window cannot be extended free of charge
- If you require continued access after expiry, you may unlock a new assessment by purchasing additional credits
- Session band scores remain visible indefinitely — only the detailed Thorough Assessment is subject to the 7-day window
By using UniPrepVisa, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for legitimate personal interview preparation
- Not share, publish, or distribute interview questions generated by this platform to any other person or platform
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the question bank or AI evaluation methodology
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or gain unfair free session access
- Provide accurate personal information during registration
- Not engage in any activity intended to manipulate or game the AI evaluation system
Anti-Collusion: Sharing questions is a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found sharing questions will be permanently suspended without refund.
All content on UniPrepVisa — AI-generated questions, evaluation reports, assessment frameworks, scoring rubrics, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of JECE MULTI LINKS LIMITED and is protected by applicable laws.
Your Thorough Assessment report is for your personal use only. You may download a copy, but you may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit it.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that AI evaluations will be 100% accurate. Our AI assessments are not a substitute for professional immigration advice or academic counselling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JECE MULTI LINKS LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including visa refusal, university rejection, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process your personal data under UK GDPR and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contractual necessity) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests). Your data is never sold to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You agreed to these Terms on registration.
